A Structural Renovation Built for the Khandallah Hills
Opening up an established home means solving what holds it together first. We lifted the floorboards, dug down, and rebuilt the support from below, so the living spaces above could finally breathe and turn toward the view.
From the ground up. New piles beneath the lifted floor carry the load and make the open layout possible.
Steel where it counts. Beams concealed above the Gib do the heavy lifting, so no posts or bulkheads interrupt the room.
A fresh interior. New living area, kitchen, laundry, bathroom and window units, framed to draw in the light and the outlook.
