A full upgrade of this two-storey Mount Victoria home, converted into flats, focused on improving safety, comfort, and long-term performance. Kitchens, bathrooms, and services were modernised, while new linings, insulation, and reglazed windows improved warmth and compliance. The basement was waterproofed with specialist tanking and drainage, and new fire- and sound-rated linings were installed between units for better privacy and safety.
