Extension & Reclad

Our Miramar Home Extension

This two-storey family home in Strathmore Park was fully reclad and extended to enhance comfort, resilience, and visual appeal. The old plaster cladding was removed, framing repaired, and the home rewrapped with a modern weather-tight system before being finished in timeless timber weatherboards. New double-glazed PVC windows and doors were installed throughout, along with upgraded insulation and flashings for lasting protection. A new dormer window upstairs added natural light and space to the bedrooms.
